So how did that feel today? Did the body feel nice and relaxed, or did you uncover a little bit of tension? Remember, neither one is right or wrong, it's about allowing the body and mind to unwind in their own time, in their own way, and sometimes this will mean a little bit of tension coming to the surface, but that's tension being released, so try not to resist that whenever possible. And if you can apply this same idea throughout the day, then you'll find it that much easier to sit down and get a little bit of headspace."
